Malawi forms the southern end of Africa’s Great Rift Valley. Malawi is known as the ‘Warm Heart of Africa’. Malawi has eleven national parks and game reserves, where everything from Elephants to orchids are protected. Malawi’s best known attraction is Lake Malawi, It’s a great place to relax after a safari on one of our Bush & Beach Safaris.

	Lake Malawi Nearly 600km long and up to 80km wide, Lake Malawi boasts golden shores and stunning scenery.
	Liwonde National Park The second largest national park in Botswana -10,566 square kilometres, with one of the greatest concentrations of game in Africa.
	Nyika National Park Central Kalahari Game Reserve, which was set up in 1961, is the second largest game reserve in the world.
	Vwasa Marsh Game Reserve One of the most important wetland sites in Africa. In the wet season, flocks of flamingo and other migratory birds arrive in huge numbers.
